Seafood Master Classes 2012
We are delighted to be able to offer a fish Master Class with Head Chef Micheal Lynch . For those wanting to learn how to dress crab, prepare lobster, shuck oysters, correctly fillet fish, prepare squid, to make the ultimate traditional fish & chips with beer batter and have all your questions answered on seafood this is the course to attend.
Bentley's seafood is sourced as locally as possible and is fully traceable, often back to individual boats.

Cost: £250 per person (includes class with lunch and drinks through the day), additional lunch guest option £90 per person
