We work hard on our wine list, using numerous suppliers and tasting often. Wine is a living thing and needs attention. We sometimes think we give it rather too much attention, but better to be careful.
We also do cocktails. No frilly umbrellas though, but rather a focus on quality spirits and a restrained hand. If it’s something soft you are after we devote equal importance to this area. As indeed do we when it comes to coffee (a roast chosen after weeks of tastings) and tea.
