Refund/Returns Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Product with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or special reduced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jane.murphy@corriganrestaurants.com and send your item to: Richard Corrigan Restaurants (attn. Vouchers

1. A gift voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

2. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

3. This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized voucher number and other authentication signs or if tampered.

4. The voucher is valid only at Bentley’s.

5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Bentley’s is final.

6. Bentley’s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

7. All vouchers must be booked in advance.

8. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation.

9. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

Ticketed Events

Upon making a reservation via the Site and making payment in full, you will be issued a “ticket” setting forth the time of the pre-paid reservation, the number in your party. We will send you an email confirmation and issue a unique confirmation number immediately on our site. When arriving at your destination please have the confirmation number and name the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.

Just like a sporting event, concert, or theatre ticket, all event Ticket sales are final. However if the event is happening on a different date we can transfer your ticket to another preferred date with 7 days’ prior notice. Price and availability of any product or service are subject to change without notice.

Hampers

Hampers containing fresh foods beverages and flowers are perishable and often have rapid expiry dates. Therefore food, beverages, hampers with food items and flowers are excluded from your statutory right to return purchases within the seven working day period.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so via email no later than 72 hours prior to your collection time. Thereafter, the cost of the hamper is non-refundable but we will endeavour to reschedule the order with a minimum of 2 days’ notice.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
