Both Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill and Corrigan's Mayfair are passionate about the environment from which they receive their ingredients. They work very closely with small artisan producers, promoting methods of sustainability across all menus.
Both restaurants fully support small farming and fishing communities in the effort they have put in to their produce and take pride in assisting these highly-driven people to continue for generations to come.
Richard Corrigan has been at the forefront of the farm to fork movement and sits on the UK Advisory Board of the Slow Food Movement, which has been championed by His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, promoting their philosophy of good, clean and fair food.
Our seafood is sourced as locally as possible and is fully traceable, often back to individual boats.
