There’s plenty to celebrate and plenty to be glad to see the back of this year – so do it in style at Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill.
Begin the night with a Chef’s Selection of Canapes and the first of many glasses of fizz, as the shuckers delve into their ice bath and unveil the freshest Native Oysters to be found. For the main event, Chef Nick and the team have dreamt up an exuberant à la carte feast, taking our classic Bentley’s dishes to a new level of luxury and providing plenty of reasons to to be merry. Our Sommelier team will be on hand with bottles of bubbles to keep us bright, and providing perfect wine pairings to go alongside.
Down in the Swallow Street Rooms, our Champagne Trolley and legendary oyster shuckers will be waiting. Dive into some signature Seafood small bites from Chef Nick, with our iconic cocktail list available throughout. Entertainment from our resident pianists and Jamie the Busker will keep you dancing into the night.
