Let’s bid farewell to the greedy days with pancakes!

Shrove Tuesday – that magnificent occasion when we are allowed to eat as much as we can before Lent begins. While the UK and Ireland have Pancake Day, others celebrate differently. Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras) is also a widely-known name for the occasion (referring to rich, greasy dishes) in numerous countries from Italy through Poland to Brazil where people not only eat but also join the loud, colourful street carnivals and parades. Whatever traditions you are following, we can all agree that pancakes deserve their own day in one way or another. Therefore to join the festivities, Bentley’s Oyster & Grill will be waiting for its guests with a rich, juicy lobster-filled masterpiece on 28^th February.
