Begin with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Champagne on arrival before taking your seat at our 100-year-old marble oyster bar. Guided by our celebrated Oyster Boys, including world champion shucker Federico, you’ll learn to expertly shuck and sample oysters from across the British and Irish isles as you enjoy a lovely pour of Château La Coste Rosé.
