Bentley’s Federico Wins World Oyster Championship 

First London – then the world! After winning the London Oyster Championships, held here at Bentley’s Oyster Bar, our very own Federico Fiorillo went on to take part in the Galway World Championships, and brought home the title. Having previously won a number of other Oyster Championship events, Federico is going from strength to strength. 

Born and raised in Milan, 25 year old Federico Fiorillo came to the UK in 2014 and secured a position as one of Richard Corrigan’s Oyster Boys soon after. He’s been here ever since, shucking over 1000 oysters daily, as well as hosting our bi-weekly Oyster Masterclass events.
