What areas do you have?

Our Oyster Bar has a buzzy and lively atmosphere, whilst our upstairs spaces - the Grill and Rib Room - are more formal, with white table cloths and quiet corners. Our terrace is fully covered and heated, and serves as the perfect spot for people watching and Champagne sipping. Our menus are served throughout the areas.

How do I book?

We take online reservations for up to 8 guests, and you can reserve your table here.  We hold a number of tables daily for walk-ins if there is no availability online. For larger groups or private dining, please fill in your details with the Private Dining Enquiry form.

How many private dining rooms does Bentley's have?

Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill offers five elegant and stylish private dining rooms, suitable for both recreational and corporate events, and you can find further information here.

Throughout our spaces, we are well-versed in hosting parties of all events and sizes and can tailor our offering to suit your ideal event. Our private dining menus differ per room, ranging from an a la carte to our stunning set menus, both featuring some of our best and brightest dishes. 

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual.

What type of cuisine is served?

Bentley’s Oyster Bar is proud to serve the finest seafood from across the UK and Ireland. We have a large oyster offering, complemented by our raw seafood bar where you can watch our oyster shuckers prepare your platter. From the kitchen, expect the finest seasonal fish, meat and vegetables, cooked to perfection. You can view our menus here.

Where is the nearest public transport?

Piccadilly Circus (3-minute walk), Green Park (7-minute walk).

Where is the nearest car park?

Is Bentley's dog friendly?

Dogs are welcome on the terrace, but not inside the restaurant.

Is Bentley's child friendly?

We are child friendly and have a range of delicious options for the little ones. We have a number of high-chairs available for use.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Vouchers are available to purchase, to be used in the restaurant, or for one of our events. View our vouchers here.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

The terrace & oyster bar are wheelchair accessible, unfortunately we do not have a lift to our other floors due to being a listed building. Our team are more than happy to assist where possible.

Can I smoke on the terrace?

Smoking is permitted on the terrace, and we have a cigar menu available to peruse. 

Can I order a cake for a special occasion?

We do not offer cakes. However, you are welcome to bring along one. A cakeage charge of £9 per person is applicable only if the party do not order dessert.

Private Dining Questions

Which room should I book?

Our private dining rooms offer the perfect location for any event, and can be tailored to your party. Our events team will be able to provide recommendations for your group size and date.

Do I need to pre-order any wines?

Our sommeliers will be on hand on the day to assist with recommendations. We recommend pre-ordering wines if you are booked into our Swallow Den or Swallow Street Rooms to guarantee ample stock or if you have specific requirements.

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes, you can. Our corkage rate is £50 per 750ml bottle of wine and £60 per 750ml bottle of Champagne or £100 for a magnum of wine or champagne. A maximum of one type of wine is allowed (one red, one white, one sparkling, one sweet). 

Can I bring my own celebration cake?

You are welcome to bring your own cake along. There is an additional fee of £9pp if desserts are not ordered.

Do you provide flowers for the room?

As standard, we provide floral table decorations in each of our rooms. If you would like to provide your own, please have them delivered to the restaurant no earlier than the morning of your event. We can recommend our supplier that we work with.

Do your private dining menus only include fish and seafood?

No, our menus include both meat and fish options. If you have a specific menu in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Do you cater for dietaries?

Yes we do, we can cater for most dietaries. Please inform us with 72 hours notice.

Do all my guests have to dine from the same menu?

We have a range of set menus and private dining á la carte menus. Depending on your group size we have the option for either choice on the day, a pre-order or a set menu.
