A perfect marriage of the land and sea, beef and oysters have been enjoyed together since Victorian Britain. Our Executive Chef, Nicholas Simmons, has curated a menu that brings together the very finest of Irish Hereford Beef and the plumpest oysters from across the Isles in a gastronomic fusion of flavour.
Beef & Oyster Club is held on the first Sunday of every month, with a changing monthly menu.
The Beef & Oyster Club Menu is available between 12:00pm and 3:00pm,
served in the Rib Room only and must be prebooked.
