This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating every Dad, Da’ and Pa by cooking up a fantastic feast and pouring plenty of perfect pints. We’ll be serving a cooked-to-perfection Beef Wellington, one of Chef Corrigan’s signature recipes, especially for the celebrations. An Irish Tipperary Prime Beef Fillet will be encased in handmade buttery pastry and served with Truffle Mash and Spinach Puree. This decadent delight can only be found on our menus for the specialist of occasions, so this is not to be missed! Our other classics can be found on our a la carte, allowing for even the pickiest of Pa’s to enjoy their meal.
