Shucking over 1000 oysters a day, the team are well suited to guide you through the world of our favourite molluscs.
Enjoy a selection of different oysters, shucked by your own hand and taste the difference between oysters from around the shores. The event last 90 minutes and take place on a Saturday at 10:30am. Ticket price is £75 and includes champagne on arrival*, sommelier matched wine to go with your oysters, and a selection of raw and cooked, native** and rock oysters. You will receive a goody bag to take home, as well as all the skills you need to become one of London’s expert shuckers!

These 90 minute classes start at 10:30am. The class costs £75 per person and includes champagne on arrival, an oyster master class and tasting with sommelier matched wine. You will also get to take home your very own oyster passport and recipe card. You will sample a variety of oysters, the exact types will depend on what is in season and what is available.
