Our Oyster Masterclass is back for a special festive edition, taking place throughout December to give you all the tricks of the trade in the run-up to Christmas. Whether you’re a food fanatic or planning on shucking and serving up Oysters on the big day, our Festive Oyster Masterclass is a perfectly jolly way to enjoy our favourite molluscs!
The 90-minute classes take place from 10.30am.
The festive oyster masterclass costs £95 per person and includes champagne on arrival, an oyster master class, a range of oysters, mince pies from our bakery and a wine tasting with our sommeliers. You will also get to take home your very own oyster passport, shucking knife and recipe card.
Each guest will receive the following:
2 Native Oysters
2 Rock Oysters
2 Dressed Oysters – Vietnamese
2 Cooked Oysters – Rockefeller
Christmas Champagne cocktail
1 glass of Champagne
1 glass of paired white wine
Finished with Mince Pies
