Choose from creamy, rich Lobster Bisque, Chorizo and Feta Stuffed Peppers, a refreshing and punchy Tomato Gazpacho, Hereford Prime Beef Tartare, incredible Pickled Eel, and truly divine Smoked Salmon. Order several to share or stick to just one and lap it up solo.
When it is time for mains, pour yourself over the menu again and feast upon Bentley’s many fantastic creations. The restaurant produces superb native lobster dishes, including Grilled Lobster, Chilled Lobster, their famous Lobster Spaghetti and a fresh Lobster Caesar Salad, providing delicious crunch and tender lobster bites.
If you wish to dine on traditional, bone-in fish, our Fish of The Day serves two and changes daily. Our Dover Sole is freshly delivered and served with divine Béarnaise sauce. Home-made fresh pasta is another menu staple, with Lobster Spaghetti, an exceptional Cornish Crab Conchigliette and Wiltshire Truffle Fusilli.
